The 2023 Falling Leaves Festival will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 and Saturday, September 30, 2023 on the Potter County Courthouse Square in Coudersport, PA. Festival times will be Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
As in the past, vendor spaces will be available for set up on the Courthouse Square. They will be 10’x10’ spaces available for $50 each during pre-registration. Early registration is strongly suggested. Any registrations after the registration deadline of Saturday, September 10, 2022 will be charged $55 per 10’x10’ space. Space requests after the registration deadline will be on a first come, first serve basis. Non-profit organizations should contact us about a reduced rate.
Please be aware of the following:
1. It is necessary that vendors carry their own liability insurance, as the Falling Leaves Outdoor Show Committee, Potter County Habitat for Humanity assumes NO RESPONSIBILITY for accidents or losses of any nature. Vendors also need to supply their own tables, chairs, electrical cords, water hoses, or any other supplies needed for setup.
2. ALL FOOD VENDORS NEED TO HAVE THEIR PENNSYLVANIA EATING AND DRINKING LICENSE AND MUST COMPLY WITH EMPLOYEE FOOD CERTICATION ACT. ANY QUESTIONS CONTACT DUANE REED AT (570) 433-2640.
3. Please have your PA Sales Tax License. If you do not have one, please direct your inquiries to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
4. SET UP TIMES: Thursday evening 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Friday morning 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., and Saturday morning, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. If you do not set up during these times, we cannot guarantee you the ability to get close to your spot. If you require electricity, please bring cords long enough to reach our service and strong enough to carry your power needs. Please do not set up before 5:00 p.m. Thursday as we do not have authorization to utilize the Courthouse Square before that time.
