Muriel Kay Davis, age 85 of Corning, NY went home to be with the Lord on January 11, 2024.

She was born June 11, 1938 in Westfield, PA and was born to the late William Davis, whom passed in 1997 and Evelyn (Joseph) Davis, whom passed in 2008.

Muriel was a supervisor at General Dynamics in Rochester, NY and later worked at Corning Glass where she learned to blow glass and worked in production. She taught organ music, enjoyed coin hunting, loved Bluegrass music and went on cruises and bus trips. She was in the Red Hats Club for a few years and was a member of the Valley View Assembly of God Church in Knoxville, PA. Muriel had a full life, which she enjoyed.

She is survived by her sister, Billie Lynn Moore of Corning, NY; several nieces and nephews who reside in Michigan, Minnesota, Montana and New York; and many great nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings; Harlan Davis and Joan Tubbs; and close friend, Edward Mareo.

Services will be held at Kenyon Funeral Home, 214 W. Main St., Elkland, PA on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 2:00pm with Pastor Justin Prouty officiating. She will be laid to rest at Riverview Cemetery in Potter Brook, PA following the service.
