District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that an Eldred Man has pled guilty to Abuse of a Care-Dependent Person.  Kevin EATON was charged by Officer Devin Grandinetti with dragging a mentally impaired resident by the leg and kicking him in the chest when EATON was an employee of the facility in Foster Township and had a duty to provide care and protection to the resident .  He will be sentenced in March.
