COUDERSPORT MAN FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES IN RAPE CASE FROM LAST YEAR

Information from PSP Release Out of Coudersport & Use of Court Records – Thursday, March 30, 2023.
ULYSSES TOWNSHIP, PA – Back on Thursday, July 21, 2022, Pennsylvania State Police based in Coudersport, received a call reporting that a rape had occurred at a location on Cushing Hollow Road in Ulysses Township. The alleged incident occurred between 4:35 PM and 6:55 PM. At which time, an investigation was initiated and was on-going.
On Thursday, March 16, 2023, seven charges were filed in this case against 19-year-old Levi Brayden Boucher of Coudersport, PA.
The following criminal charges were filed through District Court 55-4-03 again Boucher;
* Title 18, Section 3121(a)(1); Rape Forcible Compulsion (Felony 1).
* Title 18, Section 3123(a)(1); Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse Forcible Compulsion (Felony 1).
* Title 18, Section 3124.1; Sexual Assault (Felony 2).
* Title 18, Section 3125(a)(1); Aggravated Indecent Assault (Felony 2).
* Title 18, Section 3125(a)(2); Aggravated Indecent Assault (Felony 2).
* Title 18, Section 3126(a)(1); Indecent Assault (Misdemeanor 1).
* Title 18, Section 3126(a)(2); Indecent Assault (Felony 2).
Boucher was able to post his $100,000.00 monetary bail on March 27, 2023. Prior to that he was being held at the Potter County Prison.
Boucher’s preliminary hearing is set for Monday, April 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM in front of MDJ Christopher Dominic Kalacinski.
