Wellsville Police arrested Kyle D. Kruger, age 31 of Friendship, charging him with Burglary 2nd (Class C Felony), Petit Larceny, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on East State Street on March 20th.
Kruger was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Kruger was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond or $5,000.00 partially secured bond. Kruger is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 2nd at 4:30 pm.

Dewitt J. Logan, age 45, of 75 Sheppard Ave., Buffalo was arrested Tuesday at approximately 11:50 a.m. and charged with Criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree and Criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th degree, (D Felonies).
This arrest was a result of an investigation by the Street Crimes Unit for sales of Methamphetamine by Logan in the City of Olean. Logan was previously indicted by a Cattaraugus County grand jury and a subsequent Warrant was issued for these charges. The Street Crimes Unit was assisted by the New York State Police on this arrest that took place on Shady Lane in Lyndon N.Y. Logan was processed and transferred to the Cattaraugus County Jail to await arraignment.

On April 11th, at approximately 2212 hrs City of Bradford Police conducted an investigation at 15 Rochester Street.
During the investigation Police located Damien Packer who was a wanted fugitive as he had an active McKean County Bench Warrant for absconding from Probation.

On April 13th, 2023 City of Bradford Police were investigating a reported burglary and criminal mischief at 64 Jefferson Street. Officers observed heavy damage to a door that had been kicked open and they found 4 windows completely smashed out of the residence, as well as personal property damage done to the tenants belongings.
The reporting party indicated that the defendant Paul Graves was the one who had entered with force and done this. Officers learned that Graves was driving a 2015 Chrysler with NY State registration plates. Officers learned that while they were inside the residence investigating Graves had driven by on Jefferson Street.
Officers exited the residence and were standing in the roadway when the 2015 Chrysler sedan was observed driving on Jefferson Street toward them. Officers tried to get the vehicle to stop. Officers could hear and see the vehicle accelerating at them. Officers drew their service weapons at which time the vehicle did not stop and swerved toward the one Officer.
The Officer had to take quick action to move out of danger and avoid being struck as the vehicle fled away. Graves was observed to be driving the vehicle in question.
A felony pursuit was initiated and Graves failed to stop. The pursuit traveled South onto South Avenue, Owens Way, High Street, Minard Run, SR 219 South, Big Shanty Road, and Droney Road. While on Minard Run the defendant Graves nearly struck a Bradford City patrol unit head on but continued to flee. On SR 219 South Graves rammed a Bradford City patrol unit causing moderate damage to both vehicles. The pursuit was ended on Droney Road when Officers took Graves into custody.
Graves resisted arrest and was also found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and/or controlled substances. Graves was charged with numerous crimes related to this incident and arraigned by Magistrate William Todd and remanded to McKean County Jail on $200,000 cash bail.
City of Bradford Police were assisted by Bradford Township Police and Pennsylvania State Police.

On April 9th, 2023 at approximately 2045 hrs, City of Bradford Police investigated a report of a domestic violence assault that occurred back on April 7th, 2023 at 43 Congress Street.
The adult female victim alleged that Zachary Robinson had assaulted her throwing her against a wall, pinning her by her chest and neck restricting her breathing. The defendant allegedly told the victim he would murder her and wanted her to die.
The defendant additionally is alleged to have struck her in the eye. The Officer investigating this incident did observe injury to the victim in her neck and eye area. The victim did seek treatment for said injuries at BRMC ER.
City Police arrested and charged Zachary Robinson with Strangulation, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, and Harassment. Magistrate William Todd arraigned Robinson and he was remanded to McKean County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
Preliminary hearings are set in the matter. On April 7th, 2023 the City of Bradford Police responded to 132 High Street for a disturbance involving the defendant Bobbie Jo Smith acting disorderly and threatening neighbors.
Police took Smith into custody for the disorderly conduct not only for that day but for multiple instances of repeated disorderly conduct incidents at this residents on High St. Police have been called there numerous times since September 2022 to present.
The defendant was additionally arrested at the same time for Felony Criminal Mischief for INTENTIONALLY damaging the address of 132 High Street to the damage amount of $13,500 in loss to the owner.
Magistrate Dominic Cercone arraigned Smith on these charges and she was remanded to McKean County Jail on $25,000 cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
