Ischua Woman Had Bench Warrant in Cuba

On July 26th, 2023 at approximately 4:09 PM, Cuba Police arrested Christal L. Skinner (49) of Ischua. Skinner was arrested on an active bench warrant issued from the Cuba Town Court. Skinner was processed and released to appear at a later date. Skinner is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
Bradford Police Charge Man With Terroristic Threats
On 07/25/2023 at approximately 1640 hrs City of Bradford Police were dispatched to 191 Congress Street for reported threats being made. Upon arrival Officers determined Joseph Parenteau was intoxicated and had been outside with a pellet pistol threatening to harm the upstairs neighbor.
