Cuba Police Department Arrests Cuba Resident on Drug Charges

On October 12th, 2023 at approximately 9:12PM, following a traffic stop, Cuba Police arrested Tiffany R. Armstrong (40) of Cuba. Armstrong was arrested on charges of move from lane unsafely (Violation), driving while ability impaired by drugs (Felony), criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (misdemeanor), criminal possession of a controllled substance with intent to sell 3rd (Felony, 2 counts).
These charges stem from Armstrong allegedly being in possession of methanephetamine, fentanyl and cocaine. Armstrong was issued citations and released to appear at a later date due to no judge being available in the county. Armostrong is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Wellsville Police arrested Brady R. Hodge, age 30, of Scio, charging him with DWI (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Refusal to take breath test (Infraction), Improper or unsafe turn without signal (Infraction) and Inadequate or no muffler (Infraction). The charges stem from a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village. Hodge was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Hodge was released to a third party and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 17th at 4:30 pm.
