District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that a woman charged by the McKean County Drug Task Force for Conspiring with another to Deliver Cocaine in 2023 has been sentenced.  Christina Lynn-HAMILTON was sentenced by the Court at a sentencing hearing on January 30th to 1 year to 2 years of incarceration in state prison.  Her co-defendant Mark NAGY was sentenced in December to 1 year – 2 years of incarceration in state prison plus 4 years of concurrent supervision.  Lynn-HAMILTON was determined to be eligible for state drug treatment programming. 

District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that a Buffalo Man will be sentenced in March after pleading guilty to drug crimes before a McKean County Judge. Kevin SHELTER pled guilt to possessing with intent to deliver 18.72 grams of cocaine (Felony) and a small amount of marijuana for personal use (Misdemeanor).  SHELTER was charged by City of Bradford Police Officers in October.
