At 03:23 this morning we were dispatched along with MTS Ambulance and Almond Fire to I-86 West Bound near MM116 in the Town of West Almond for a tractor trailer rollover. Upon our arrival we found the driver still in the cab, firefighters removed the windshield and assisted him out. The driver was looked at by the ambulance crew but denied injury or transport to the hospital. Our units were back in service about an hour later. Responding to the scene were Angelica 2, 7, and 50, Almond 6 and 502, MTS 805, AL-51, the NYS Police, and the NYS DOT.

 On February 05, 2023 Foster Twp. Police conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle on Seaward Avenue.

The driver was Brad Taylor of Eldred. City of Bradford Police had an arrest warrant out for Taylor for DUI since October 14th, 2022.

Taylor was taken into custody and arraigned by Magistrate Luther who remanded him to McKean County Jail on $10,000 cash bail. Preliminary Hearing is set in the matter.

On February 3rd, 2023 at approximately 2305 hrs, City of Bradford Police responded to 24 Orchard Place, Apt. 407 for a physical domestic in progress. Upon arrival Officers located the defendant James Peters and an adult female that had been in a fight.

The female had bruises from an object she reported Peters threw at her. The female also alleged that Peters had choked her causing her inability to breath. Officers took Peters into custody for the said alleged offenses and filed charges accordingly.

Magistrate Luther arraigned Peters on these charges and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $30,000 cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.

On February 2nd, 2023 at approximately 1017 hrs City of Bradford Police responded to 44 East Corydon Street for a disturbance.

Upon arrival Officer located Nicole Kornacki on scene and there was and active Protection from Abuse Order in place that evicted her from that property.

Officers placed Kornacki under arrest for the violation and during arrest discovered she was in possession of Controlled Substances and paraphernalia.

Magistrate Cercone arraigned Kornacki and she was remanded to McKean County Jail on $5000 cash bail.

On December 14th, 2022 the defendant Dante Love Lockett was charged by the City of Bradford Police Department with false reports to law enforcement and misuse of the 911 communication system both Misdemeanor violations.

Magistrate Cercone arraigned Lockett on these charges and he was released on $1000 unsecured bail. 

On January 9th, 2023 the defendant Dante Love Lockett was charged with Misdemeanor Harassment for sending threatening text messages to another. Magistrate Cercone arraigned Lockett and released him on $1000 unsecured bail. Preliminary hearings are set in matters.

 On 01/02/2023 City of Bradford Police Department charged the defendant Austin Jay Crooks with Simple Assault and Harassment for an incident at the OYO Hotel at 153 Main Street. Crooks punched an employee of the Hotel in relation to an argument they were having causing injury.       

A warrant was issued for Crooks for this incident and he was taken into custody yesterday 02/01/2023 by the Foster Township Police Department. Magistrate Engman arraigned Crooks and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Preliminary Hearings are set in the matter.
