At 3:45 PM on Tuesday, Knoxville, Osceola & EMS dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash with injuries at 5341 Route 49 in Deerfield Township with injuries. Roadway is completely blocked. 3 injuries.

At 1:30 PM on Monday, Port Allegany Fire & EMS dispatched to North Main Street & Benton Avenue for a 2 vehicle crash with injuries. Report tanker vs passenger vehicle.

At 9:49 PM on Sunday, Bradford Firefighters have been called to a fire alarm at Bradford Regional Medical Center. Responder reports smoke in a room.

At 9:48 PM on Sunday, St. Marys Fire Dept. has been called to 547 Church Street for smoke coming from an electrical outlet.

At 8:44 PM on Sunday, Mansfield, Blossburg & Liberty Fire Depts have been dispatched to a shed fire at 137 Maple Hill Road in Blossburg. Reported to be an 8 by 10 foot shed with batteries inside. All units hold in quarters by Chief 4.

At 6:17 PM on Sunday, Bolivar & Richburg Fire & EMS have been dispatched to the area of 3408 County Road 8 in the Town of Wirt for a 60 year old victim of a 4 wheeler accident. The male is reported unresponsive in the middle of the roadway.

Air medical requested to land at County Road 8 & Rt. 275.

At 5:00 PM on Saturday, Bolivar ambulance has been dispatched at request of State Police to 200 Block of North Main Street for an assault victim.

At 2:28 PM on Saturday, Otto & Rew Fire Depts. with Bradford ambulance dispatched to the main entrance at Majestic Trails for an ATV accident.

At 2:15 PM on Saturday, Cuba Fire & EMS have been dispatched to I-86 Off Ramp for a two vehicle crash with one vehicle rolled over. Report 2 injuries, no entrapment.

At 12:48 PM on Friday, Wellsboro & Galeton Fire & EMS have been dispatched to a tree on a vehicle on Route 660, a mile from the Grand Canyon park. Rescue truck requested from Morris. Report 2 occupants refusing medical assistance.

At 12:15 PM on Friday, Wellsville Fire & ambulance has been called to Manor Hills on the Bolivar Road for a natural gas leak in the building A woman is reported injured in the evacuation of the building when she suffered a fall outside.

On August 17 at 10:27 pm. Morris Fire Dept. was dispatched to Rails to Trails In Waterville for a search unknown details.

On August 17 at 10:22 pm Mansfield Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to W. Wellsboro St. for a pedestrian struck by two vehicles and dragged and trapped under the second vehicle. Patient is out from under the vehicle

On August 17 at 6:26 pm. Hilltop fire dept. and Pheonix ambulance were dispatched to 3914 Lindholm Rd. 2 and a half miles from Rt. 59 for a one vehicle rollover crash with 4 victims all self extricated.

On August 17 at 4:34 Kane fire Dept. was dispatched to Rt. 321 North for a wildfire in Wetmore Twp.
