At 6:25 PM on Thursday, Bradford Firefighters have been dispatched to Bradford Regional Medical Center for a report of a fire alarm. Reported is smoke in a hallway at that facility.

Allentown 7 was requested early this morning to respond to a structure fire in the village of Richburg.
Due to positive water in the hydrant district crews went to work with Bolivar and Richburg crews performing fire extinguishment and overhaul. Shinglehouse was dispatched for standby at Bolivar.
Units assisted on scene for approximately 1 hour before returning
Crary Hose, Knoxville-Deerfield Vol. Fire Company, Sabinsville Ambulance and UPMC Medics were dispatched to Route 49 & California Road for an MVC with injuries. Rescue Captain Andrew Adams arrived did a size-up and administered patient care,
Squad 5-18 responded and assisted with patient care, Engine 5-3 arrived along with Recue 6-8, all hands assisting patients. Chief 5-20 handled operations and Chief 5 established command. Chief 6-20 took over command as Chief 5 assisted with patient care.
Sabinsville Ambulance arrived with 2 ambulances, along with 2 Medic units, taking over patient care. Command set up a LZ at Knoxville air strip for a helicopter request but would not fly due to weather.
Sabinsville Ambulance along with Medics transported 3 patients to trauma hospitals. Crews from 5-3 and 6-8 controlled fluids and secured two vehicles. PEN-DOT and Whites towing along with PSP assisted at scene.

Last evening Station 44, Station 46 (Roulette Chemical Engine #1) & Station 48 (Coudersport Vol FireDept) were dispatched to Sylvania Township for a Structure Fire reported Camp, well involved.
Chief 44-10 (J.Burgett), Capt. 44 (A.Bothell), Engine 44-2 with Chief 44-30 (S.Hostetlar), Tanker 44-5, Ambulance 44-6 with Chief 44-70 (S.Orlowski) and Rescue 44-8 with Chief 44 (J.Rooney) and Chief 44-60 (T.Orlowski) responded.

At 4:50 PM on Thursday, Coudersport ambulance was called to Bebe Lane in Allegany Township for a female ill.

At 2:49 AM on Thursday, Shinglehouse Fire Dept. has been dispatched to send a mutual aid engine company to stand by in Bolivar. Allegany County Broadcastify feed is still down so no info on what Bolivar has going on.

On March 20. at 10:34 pm Wellsboro Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 1976 Rt.660 for a one vehicle crash the vehicle is in a ditch with unknown injuries

On March 20, at 9:42 pm Austin Fire Dept. was dispatched to Happy Mountain Lane for a fully involved structure fire.

At 4:35 PM on Wednesday, Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Sweden Valley Manor for a hemorrhage.

At 2:27 PM on Wednesday, Coudersport Ambulance was called to Route 6 West for altered mental status.

At 11:48 AM on Wednesday, Otto Township Fire Dept. was dispatched to a motor vehicle crash on Rock City Road. Caller reports no injuries.

At 11:25 AM on Wednesday, Germania Fire Dept. dispatched to vehicle crash for traffic control on Germania Road. Non-emergency.
Coverage of Allegany & Cattaraugus County incidents has been nearly impossible as the Broadcastify feed for that area located in the Bolivar area has been offline since the weekend. Hopefully, it will be restored soon so we can continue incident coverage in those areas.

WESTFIELD, PA – A serious two vehicle head-on crash with one vehicle rolling over at the intersection of East Main Street and Route 49 around 5:50 AM.
Fire personnel was on the scene of the crash in just minutes. There were three confirmed injuries, one person was reported to have serious injuries.

At 12:10 AM on Wednesday, Galeton, Austin & Coudersport Fire Depts. were dispatched to a garage fire at 50 DUR Lane in Wharton Township. A carport & 2 sheds are reported to be fully involved.

At 2:00 PM on Tuesday, Sinnamahoning & Austin Fire & EMS were dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash near the entrance to Sinnemahoning State Park at 8288 First Fork Road in Grove Township.

At 1:24 PM on Tuesday, Mt. Jewett & Hamlin Twp Fire Depts. were dispatched to the area of 8467 Rt. 6 for lines down.
KANE FD TO CLOSE RT. 6 at Rt. 321 & Lantz Corners. Google maps shows the wires are down between Wolf Farm Road & Lantz Corners.

At 10:54 AM on Tuesday, Portville Ambulance was called to Rt. 44 South in Shinglehouse for a possible CVA.

At 12:18 Lafayette Township Volunteer Fire Rescue was dispatched to the intersection of Rt.219 and Rt.59 for a MVC with injuries. Two patients were transported to BRMC by MA-1 and MA-1A and 1 patient to UPMC Kane by MA-10

At 12:06 AM on Tuesday, Roulette ambulance was dispatched to station to assist PA State Police. Call 911 for details.

At 6:30 PM on Monday, Bradford City Fire Dept. was dispatched to 30 West Corydon Street for a commercial fire alarm.

On March 18, at 12:26 pm Lafayette Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to Rt. 219 near Tacks Inn for a two vehicle crash with possibly four patients. Air medical is on stand-by

At 9:05 AM on Monday, Kane Fire & Ambulance have been dispatched to Route 66 South at the bottom of James City Hill. Vehicle is reported to have struck a tree.

At 8:46 AM on Monday, Shinglehouse Ambulance has been called to Lyon Street for chest pains.

At 7:30 AM on Monday, Norwich Twp. Fire, Port Allegany Fire & Austin Fire Dept. were dispatched to Scaffold Lick Road & Lady Slipper Lane to continue a search for a Port Allegany couple whose vehicle became stuck yesterday.
The Fire Depts. & State Police spent several hours on Sunday searching for the car in the massive Scaffold Lick area containing thousands of acres located between Route 155 & Rt. 46.
Shortly after this morning’s activation, McKean 911 center received a call from the missing and were going to attempt to ping their phone for location. A State Police helicopter was not able to help due to the weather.
Morning temperatures in the 20’s contributed to the urgency of the search.
At 8:34 AM, Austin units dispatched were recalled. We’re hoping that is an indication that they have been located but we’ve heard no confirmation as yet.

There is a suspect that has shot at the state police and now is in a house. In the area of West State. Please stay clear of that area. If you live in that area keep all doors locked and away from the windows.

5465 ROUTE 49, Apt , DEERFIELD
Busy day for the department today. 6 members were attending Muncy area mutal aid training weekend for advanced rit. Depts 6,14,25,26 dispatched for a motor vehicle accident reported two vehicles possibly no injuries. Rescue 6-8 arrived on scene and established command and confirmed two vehicles off the road. EMTS on the rescue went to work assessing the patient and reported 1 injury on scene. Chief 6 arrived and assumed command. Command requested that all units that haven’t responded to stand by in station. Engine 6-2 responded as well. Ambulance 26-6 arrived on scene and after further assessment they determined that the patient wanted to go to the hospital by vehicle and not by ambulance. Patient went to the hospital and fire and rescue crews returned shortly after.
