At 9:49 AM on Friday, Bolivar Fire & EMS were dispatched to Rt. 417 near Baldwin Wood Products for a one-vehicle crash. Vehicle into wood pile. No entrapment. Driver not alert.

At 6:20 PM on Thursday, Fox Township Fire Dept. has been requested to assist at a structure fire by Jefferson County at 964 Mountain Church Road in Horton Township.

At 5:42 PM on Thursday, Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to North Hollow Heights for a woman fallen with a leg injury.

At 1:00 PM on Thursday, Little Valley & Randolph Fire & EMS were dispatched to 59 Rt. 7 in Little Valley for a 2-vehicle head-on crash with serious injuries. Roadway is entirely blocked.

At 11:36 AM on Thursday, Port Allegany Ambulance was dispatched to Route 6 for general illness.

On May 23, at 12:10 am Jay Twp was dispatched to 4392 River Rd for a vehicle crash into a tree that is in the roadway.

On May 23, at 12:06 am Rew, Otto, and Derrick City Fire Depts. were dispatched for a possible structure fire at 559 S. Kendall Ave.

On May 22, at 10:34 pm Bradford City fire and Ambulance were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident on High St.

On May 22, at 7:10 pm Roulette Ambulance was dispatched to Buckler Dr. for a dirt bike accident with injuries.

At 11:52 AM on Wednesday, Mansfield Fire & EMS were dispatched to Route 6 & Benson Drive for a 2-vehicle rear-end crash with possible entrapment.

At 9:15 AM on Wednesday, Shinglehouse Ambulance was dispatched to Coon Hollow Road in Ceres Twp. for a leg injury from a lawnmower accident.
