On July 3, at 7:54 pm Austin Ambulance was dispatched for altered level of consciousness at Bush Hill Rd.

At 2:03 PM on Wednesday, Rew Fire Dept. was dispatched to a lawnmower fire at an address on Rt. 46 between Woodsmen Drive & Bordell.

At 12:55 PM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Fire Dept. was dispatched for an electrical emergency on the foot trail behind Pittsburgh-Corning.

On July 2, at 10:39 pm Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Rt. 6 West for a cardiac emergency.

On July 2, at 8:07 pm Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Dutch Hill rd. for a person fallen with a leg injury

At 5:12 PM on Tuesday, Middlebury & Tioga have been dispatched to Cole Road off Rt. 287 for a 2-vehicle crash with injury. Wellsboro ambulance was dispatched.

On July 2, EMS was dispatched to Rt. 6 West in Pike Twp. for a lawn mowing accident with traumatic injury.

On July 2, at 4:13 Coudersport Fire and Ambulance were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Rt. 49 and Rt. 44 in Eulalia Twp.. This is a one vehicle crash into a guide rail crash possibly no injuries.

At 11:00 AM on Tuesday, Mt. Jewett, Hamlin Twp. & Kane were dispatched for an automatic crash alert on Rt. 218 & Pine Lane. Upon arrival at the location, the Hamlin Chief discovered a cellphone in the roadway. RECALLED.

On July 1 at 8:29 pm Shinglehouse Ambulance was dispatched to Rt. 44 South for difficulty breathing.

On July 1, at 4:30 pm Mansfield was dispatched to a vehicle vs. mobility scooter crash at 1298 S. Main St. in Richmond Twp. with unknown injuries

At 3:09 PM on Monday, Coudersport & Galeton Fire & EMS have been dispatched to the area of 134 Lyman Run Road in West Branch Township for a crash detection activation.

RECALLED–Dropped Cellphone.

At 12:56 PM on Monday, Elkland, Nelson and Valley ambulance were dispatched to Route 49 & Browntown Road in Nelson Twp. for a 2-vehicle crash with multiple injuries.

At 12:02 PM on Monday, Coudersport Ambulance was dispatched to Steer Brook Road for a full arrest.

At 11:53 AM on Monday, Blossburg Fire & EMS was dispatched to 4563 Cherry Flatts Road for a one-vehicle crash with possibly one injury.

On June 30 at 8:19 pm St. Marys Fire Dept. was dispatched for a structure fire at 109 Iron Run Rd. There is smoke showing from the structure. The fire started from a stove stuck in cleaning mode the fire is out and the stove is being removed and the structure is being ventilated

At 10:00 AM on Sunday, Wellsboro Fire Dept. & Mansfield ambulance dispatched to Cherry Flatts Road & New Road for a vehicle into a pole crash with possible entrapment. Caller reports possible head injury. Vehicle is off roadway with phone wires down. On scene reports negative entrapment.

At 9:45 AM on Sunday, Westfield Fire Dept. was dispatched to Mt. Laurel Recovery on Church Street for an automatic fire alarm. Responder on scene reports nothing showing, evacuation in progress.

On June 30, at 1:20 am Smethport fire Dept. was dispatched to Lakeview for an automatic fire alarm. This is a false alarm all units have recalled

On June 30, at 12:45 am Blossburg was dispatched to Rt. 414. Motor vehicle accident with unknown details.

On June 29, at 11:11 pm Lafayette Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to the stone quarry off of Chapelfork Rd. for a possible motor vehicle crash with unknown details. There was no accident was a false alarm cause by a phone falling.

On June 29, at 10:42 pm Roulette Ambulance was dispatched to Ought St. for abdominal pain.

On June 29 at 10:11 pm Bradford Fire Fighters were dispatched to BRMC for an automatic fire alarm. All units recalled it was a false alarm

On June 29, at 7:04 pm Osceola, Lawrenceville, and Elkland were dispatched to 1351 Holdenbrook Rd. about a mile from Rt. 49 for a two vehicle rear end collision with one vehicle rolled over and unknown injuries.

On June 29, at 6:48 pm Wellsoboro was dispatched to 4945 Rt. 287 for a one vehicle crash the vehicle into a creek with possibly no injuries

At 5:30 PM on Saturday, Bradford Firefighters have responded to an automatic fire alarm at School Street Elementary School. Nothing is showing from the outside.

On June 29, at 3:45 pm Sinnamahoning and Emporium were dispatched to Wykoff Run Rd. and Jerry Run Rd. for a single vehicle crash with one person injured.

On June 29, at 2:06 pm Morris Fire Dept was dispatched to Rt. 287 for a car into a pole with wires down. Possibly no injuries

On June 29, at 1:58 pm Roulette Ambulance was dispatched to Sartwell creek Rd. for altered mental status.

At 11:00 AM on Saturday, Roulette Ambulance has been called to Kio Hollow Road in Pleasant Valley Township for difficulty breathing.
