At 9:39 AM on Monday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to East Honeoye Street for chest pain.

At 9:35 AM on Monday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Rt. 44 South for leg pain.

At 6:27 AM on Monday, Roulette Fire & EMS has been dispatched to a 2 vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 6 & Fishing Creek Road. Report a T-bone crash. One patient reporting chest pain.

On February 20 at 3:19 am. Port Allegany Fire Dept. was dispatched to Tubbs Hollow Rd. for a vehicle fire with no injuries or entrapment

At 4:39 PM on Sunday, Otto Township Fire Dept. has been dispatched 60 Grant Street to a wildfire.

At 4:00 PM on Sunday, Cuba & Friendship Fire Depts. have been dispatched to 4769 Castle Garden Road for a large wildfire.

At 11:52 AM on Sunday, St. Marys Fire & EMS dispatched to 227 Grandview Road for a vehicle into a residence. On scene report is no injuries.

On February 19 at 1:34 am Olean City Fire Dept. was dispatched West Henley St for a stove on fire with entrapment.

On February 18 at 6:19 pm. Shinglehouse Fire and Ambulance were dispatched 1900 Rt 44 for a two car motor vehicle accident with unknown injuries

At 11:50 AM on Saturday, Shinglehouse ambulance has been called to Eleven Mile Road for syncope.

At 10:30 AM on Saturday, Coudersport Fire & EMS have been dispatched to the Long Road near the intersection with North Hollow Road in Allegany Township for a box truck rollover crash.

At 4:45 PM on Friday, Austin Firefighters have been dispatched to station to assemble for a search.

At 2:19 PM on Friday, Roulette Fire Dept. has been dispatched along with mutual aid from Port Allegany & Coudersport to a working mobile home fire at 22 Oak Lane in Roulette. Port & Coudersport hold in quarters. Reporting possibly a small furnace fire.

At2:05 PM on Friday, Austin Ambulance has been called to Summit Township for a fall victim.

At 11:51 AM on Friday, Coudersport Ambulance has been called to Kio Road for difficulty breathing.

On February 17 at 8:26 am Smethport Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 1073 Rt. 446 for a one vehicle crash

At 1:55 Pm on Thursday, Liberty Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 1227 Farm Road for a large wildfire. Multiple fire companies have been dispatched to assist.

At 12:21 PM on Thursday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to East Ransome Street for a fall victim.

Rescue 48-8, Engine 48-3 and Patrol 48-4 AC T. Ostroski & Cowburn, Lt Rodriguez under the command of Chief 48-Phelps responded to the above incident with a report of a driver confined in a vehicle that has collided with an empty water truck head on.

Upon the arrival of chief 48-Phelps the driver had freed himself from the wreckage and was sitting in the road by his vehicle. The wreck was confirmed to be in cemetery curve just west of town.

Crews immediately stabilized and checked both vehicles for any hazards and began treatment of the driver’s until EMS arrived.

SR6 was shut down while crews worked the scene an treated the PT’s then opened one lane of traffic for traveling motorist and closed shortly again once the wrecker services arrived to remove the vehicles safely.

Both vehicles were removed from the scene : 1-Whites Heavy Wrecker – Westfield, 1- Kightlinger motors, Coudersport and the driver of the delivery box truck was transported to UPMC for treatment of injuries, the driver of the water truck refused treatment.

The accident was investigated by PSP Cdspt and we were also assisted by Dept 49 CVAA and medic 7, in all 17 members responded to this call for service . All apparatus were back in quarters at approximately 3:30 am.

At 10:55 AM on Thursday, Austin Ambulance has been dispatched to Route 44 South for a man to go to UPMC Cole.

On February 15 at 10:58 pm. Mansfield and Blossburg Fire Depts. were dispatched to 719 Wood Rd. in Richmond Twp. for a fully involved barn fire. The fire is now a 3 alarm fire with 2 other barns in danger

On February 15 at 8:07 pm. Eldred Twp. Fire Dept. was dispatched to Canfield Hollow Rd. for a brush fire

At 5:11 PM on Wednesday, Morris Fire Dept. has been dispatched for a wildfire along Route 414, 2 miles west of Morris.

At 4:50 PM on Wednesday, Emporium Firefighters have brought a brush/forest fire under control at 3338 Rich Valley Road. Units requested from St. Marys, Port Allegany, Norwich Twp. & Elkland Search & Rescue were recalled. Austin engine was dispatched to Emporium to stand by. DCNR is sending a crew to assist in mop up.

On February 15 at 3:42 pm. Bradford Twp. Fire and Bradford City ambulance were dispatched to W. Washington St. for a car vs pedestrian crash

At 11:04 AM on Wednesday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to Rt. 155 north for breathing problems.

At 5:05 PM on Tuesday, Westfield, Knoxville Fire Depts & Clymer & Valley ambulances dispatched to a crotch rocket type motorcycle crash into a deer with two people injured. The incident is located at 1611 Austinburg Road in Brookfield Township. One person reported lying in the roadway with serious injury. One person is denying injury.

Air medical is inbound to transport to a trauma center.

At 3:02 PM on Tuesday, Wilcox Fire Dept. has been dispatched to a wildfire near 259 Old Kane Road.
