On May 4 at 9:47 am. Roulette ambulance was called to West Main St. for a man ill.
On May 5 at 9:30 am. Firefighters from Allegany and Steuben County were dispatched to Main St. in Almond for a possible structure fire. The fire is out fire was sourced by a hot water tank Almond is still on scene all other units have been released
On May 3 at 7:49 pm. Roulette ambulance was dispatched to East Ransome St. for an infant having difficulty breathing

On May 2 at 9:37 pm Derrick City Fire Dept. was dispatched to 839 Bolivar Drive for a residential fire alarm.

At 1:15 PM on Tuesday, Bradford Township Fire Dept. has been dispatched to Bradford Forest Products at 444 High Street for an explosion and fire. Bradford city ambulance has been dispatched to evaluate a patient at this location.
Moira A. Wheeler, 66, of West Seneca, NY, formerly of Bradford, PA passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at her home.
She was born on September 11, 1956 in Bradford, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Chiarilli Wheeler.
She was a 1974 graduate of the Bradford Area High School and she earned her certificate in nursing from the former Indiana School of Nursing, Indiana.
She was employed by the Buffalo General Hospital as a registered nurse for forty years; retiring in 2020.
Moira enjoyed her daily Tim Horton’s coffee, doing crossword puzzles and working on her family’s genealogy. She especially loved spending time with her family and her work family.
She is survived by one sister, Marsha (Kurt) Keller of Bradford; one niece, Liz (Zak) Heintzman of Amherst, NY; one nephew, Ben Keller of Austin, TX; one great niece, Emma Heintzman and one great nephew, Nicholas Heintzman; all of whom affectionately called her Aunt Moma.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM until Noon at the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc. with a memorial service to immediately follow at noon in the funeral home with the Rev. John Jacquel, pastor of the St. Bernard Catholic Church, officiating.
Private burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Buffalo City Mission, 100 E. Tupper St., Buffalo, NY 14203 or the Friendship Table, 21 East Corydon St., Bradford, PA 16701.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc., Bradford.

At 5:17 PM on Monday, Mansfield Fire & EMS have been dispatched for a land rescue for a man under a hay wagon at 1173 Orebed Road. Caller reports man was probably trying to change a tire when the wagon fell on him.
6:20 PM UPDATE: The 61 year old male was extricated from under the wagon, was revived from cardiac arrest and is being transported to Williamsport Hospital by ambulance. Air medical is unavailable due to the stormy weather.

At 3:53 PM on Monday, Liberty, Cogan House & Blossburg have been dispatched to a vehicle accident 2 miles south of the Morris exit on Rt. 15.

At 3:35 PM on Sunday, Jay Township Fire Dept. has been dispatched to 45 Ponderosa Drive in Huston Township for a kitchen fire with heavy smoke showing. All occupants & animals are out of the house. One occupant is suffering from smoke inhalation.

At 3:30 PM on Sunday, Blossburg & Mansfield Fire & EMS dispatched to Rt. 15 Southbound in Covington Township for a rollover accident with 2 patients. Vehicle is blocking the roadway.
On April 30 at 11:31 pm. Port Allegany Fire Dept. was dispatched to Rt. 155 for an electrical emergency.
At 7:47 PM on Saturday, Port Allegany Ambulance has been called to North Main Street for general illness.
At 4:55 PM on Saturday, Wellsboro Water Rescue has been dispatched to the Rail Trail between Ansonia & Blackwell. Caller reports people screaming for help from 911.
Drone 50 has also been dispatched. Morris Fire Dept. also dispatched.
911 Center has received text from people involved that the location is 5.5 miles north of Blackwell for an individual injured in the woods confirmed by Morris responders. The victim is not in the water. Water rescue equipment is not needed.
6:26 PM—28 year old male has been extricated from the woods and is enroute to Williamsport Hospital by ambulance. He is reported to have fallen 100 feet. Air medical is not available.
