District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that, following a one day jury trial at the McKean County Courthouse, Michael Basil WINSTON, of Bradford, was convicted of Indecent Exposure.  Officer Terry Fuqua of the City of Bradford Police Department charged WINSTON after investigating a report that, on June 3, 2024, WINSTON exposed his genitals to a female.  The victim reported that WINSTON pulled his pants down to expose his genitals and asked her to have sex with him. Assistant District Attorney Gregory  A. Henry prosecuted the case on behalf of the Commonwealth.
