Potter County Volunteers That Care Meet In December
Volunteers That Care Cancer Support of Potter County
·The Volunteers That Care had their December “meeting”, celebrating with a lovely Christmas dinner. All of us contributed with a dish to pass giving us an abundant blessing of delicious Christmas season foods. This celebration of Christmas is also a time for all of us to be thankful for the year that is almost to an end and be so grateful for all the donations and good will we have received from the community. Without that support, we would not be able to help those in need of the $100 gas cards we give away throughout the year to patients receiving their cancer treatments. Christmas is a time of giving, and we thank everyone who has given so generously to support this cause throughout this past year.
As many of you may know, we have had a raffle going for (60) $5 Pennsylvania scratch off tickets. We had the drawing at our meeting. We are so happy to announce the winner. Congratulations to Roxy Bisnet. I am sure that you have been notified by now Roxy and hopefully have won yourself some money.
