RIDGWAY, Pa (March 5, 2024)— Dickinson Center, Inc. (DCI), an affiliate of Journey Health System, plans to start building their two-story, 12,000-square-foot facility within the lots along Railroad and Market streets, after delays due to the pandemic and evolving building plans.
