Nancy R. Kucenski, 87, of Ridgway, died on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Penn Highlands Dubois following a brief illness.

She was born on May 12, 1937, in Ridgway, a daughter of the late Rosario and Mary Giffi Grandinetti.

On November 12, 1960, in Ridgway, she married the late Eugene S. Kucenski, who preceded her in death on March 5, 2001.

Nancy graduated from Ridgway High School and was a devoted member of St. Leo Magnus Church. She had a love for bingo and polka music, and her unwavering dedication to volunteering at St. Leo Church and many organizations. Nancy lived a life full of joy, always ready for the next adventure and cherishing every moment spent with her family.

She is survived by a son, Thomas (Jacqueline) Kucenski of Ridgway, a daughter, Patricia Prindle of Johnsonburg, 8 grandchildren: Ian (Dana), Heidi (Jeremiah), Justin (Chelsea), Emily (Jordan), Andrew, Alex, Claudia, and Veronica, and 5 great grandchildren: Violet, Judson, Kayleigh, Raelynn, and Allison, and a daughter in law, Christine Kucenski. She is also survived by a brother, James (Phyllis) Grandinetti of TX, and 2 nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Kucenski, a grandson, Cody Prindle, and a brother in infancy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Leo Magnus Catholic Church, 111 Depot Street, Ridgway, PA 15853, with Fr. Justin Pino officiating.

Burial will follow at St. Leo Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Krise Funeral Home, 130 Center Street, Ridgway, PA 15853, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
