Due to unforeseen circumstances, the S.W. Smith Memorial Public Library in Port Allegany will be closed on Saturday August 24. The building will reopen on Monday August 26, but e-books, audiobooks, and e-magazines are always available on Libby and patrons with a library account can stream movies on Kanopy.
