Approval of Minutes:
The Personnel Committee meeting minutes of July 3, 2024, were approved on a motion by Legislator Havey, seconded by Legislator Hanchett, and carried.

COUNTY CLERK
County Clerk Rob Christman began by introducing Deputy County Clerk III Amanda L. JoycePhelps to the committee.
Designation of Bank Depository and Authorizing Account Access Mr. Christman requested a resolution designating Community Bank, NA of DeWitt, New York, asa depositary in which funds of the Allegany County Clerk may be deposited.

It was further requested that Allegany County Clerk Robert L. Christman, Deputy County Clerk Ryan M. Keib, Deputy County Clerk II Jessica L. Lynch, and Deputy County Clerk III Amanda L. JoycePhelps each be, and they hereby are, jointly and severely, authorized to sign checks and orders for the payment of money, withdrawing funds so deposited and that said Community Bank shall be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks and orders so drawn, when so signed, whether such checks be payable to the order of the officers signing them, or any of said officers, in their official capacity, or not.

It was further requested that a certified copy of this resolution be filed with the said Community Bank and that said Community Bank be promptly notified in writing, of any change or changes from time to time in this resolution or in the instructions given herein, or in the personnel of any of the County officers names herein. This resolution will supersede Resolution No. 335-23. The request was approved on a motion by Legislator Burdick, seconded by Legislator Havey, and carried. Prepare Resolution
