…FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT…
* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE…A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Cumberland,
Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Northern Centre,
Northern Clinton, Northern Lycoming, Perry, Potter, Snyder,
Somerset, Southern Centre, Southern Clinton, Southern Lycoming,
Sullivan, Tioga and Union.
* WHEN…From late Thursday night through late Friday night.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Debby will bring heavy rainfall through the area early Friday
morning through early Saturday morning. Widespread rainfall
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected with locally
higher amounts up to 7 inches possible.
