Candace Sue English, age 70, of Westfield, PA passed away on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre.

Born October 3, 1953 in PA she was the daughter of Floyd A. and Marilyn L. (George) English.

Candie proudly served in the US Army, retiring from the recruiting battalion in Columbia, SC as Master Sargeant. She was an avid outdoorsman; enjoying hunting, fishing, working in her garden, woodworking and taking care of her dogs.

She was the Westfield borough auditor, companion and caregiver to her dad, Floyd, travel buddy on bus trips and drs. appointments with her friends. She loved the casinos and was a social butterfly with her friends.

She is survived by her dad, Floyd English of Westfield; sister, Connie (Robert) Zisk of Horseheads, NY; two brothers, Wayne English of Westfield and Craig English of Lawrencevile and many nieces and nephews.

Candie was preceded in death by her mother, Marilyn and two sisters in law, Kathryn and Tammy English.

Family will receive friends at Kenyon Funeral Home, 222 W. Main St., Westfield on Saturday, June 22nd from 12:00 – 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held immediately following at 2:00 PM. Burial with military honors will be in Champlin Cemetery.
