Philip W. Ramsey, age 72, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, June 13, 2024. 

He was born on December 27, 1951 in Blossburg, PA, a son of the late Ernest and Margaret (Ainsworth) Ramsey. 

A private family graveside service will be held at the Wellsboro Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA.
