Cuba Police Department Makes Arrest
On June 7th, 2024 at approximately 1:30 AM, Cuba Police arrested Katherine M. Loomis (36) of Delevan, NY.
Loomis was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of endangering the welfare of a child (3 counts, Class A Misdemeanors), criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, sub 3 (Class A Misdemeanor), criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, sub 2 (Class A Misdemeanor), criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor), criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th (2 counts, Class D Felonies) and criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd (Class B Felony).
Loomis was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $25,000.00 bail. Loomis is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
