A Russell man has been charged with a fatal shooting in Warren County on Memorial Day, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Mark Saullo, 62, was arrested and arraigned on a count of homicide. He was denied bond and taken to the Warren County Prison. Read more in Erie News Now
