Belmont, N.Y. – The Allegany County Administrator and the Office of Economic Development is
requesting proposals for a consultant to develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan to achieve
workforce development, economic growth and job retention and expansion in Allegany County.
Proposals Due By: 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023.
Proposal Submission Instructions and Due Date: Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope
addressed or hand delivered to County Administrator Carissa M. Knapp, 7 Court Street, Rm 213, Belmont,
NY 14813 by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023. In addition, applicants are required to email a pdf scan
of their complete proposal to County Administrator Carissa M. Knapp at Carissa.knapp@alleganyco.gov
by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023.
