Hoskins was initially charged by Foster Township Police and, as a result of the arrest, the vehicle he was driving was impounded and taken to a building owned by Tuna Valley Towing. In another case, Hoskins was the driver of a vehicle stopped in Kane Borough where he was found to possess marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
His passenger, Jalon Posey, was also sentenced to state prison on March 14. Posey pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance in Kane Borough. After he was arraigned, Kane Borough Officers transported him to the McKean County Jail. Following investigation by McKean County Detective Linda Close, Posey was charged with bringing controlled substances into the Jail and providing them to other inmates who began testing positive for drugs. Posey pled guilty to Contraband to Confined Persons (Fentanyl, Xylazine, Cocaine and Metonitazene) (Felony), Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Felony) and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana and Cocaine) (Misdemeanor).
