…PATCHY FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE THIS MORNING…

Moisture running over a shallow, near to slightly sub-freezing
layer of air near the ground will create the chance for some
pockets of freezing rain throughout the deeper valleys of Northern
Pennsylvania this morning, where colder and more dense air has
settled overnight.

Some untreated surfaces could become coated with a thin layer of
black ice, so allow extra time and use caution when heading out
for your morning commute to work and school this morning.

Temperatures will rise above freezing in all areas by 10 or 11 AM
today, ending the threat of freezing rain.
