Loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister

Sandra Stives, 63, of Cuba, NY passed away Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Wellsville Manor Care Center after a short illness.

Born on April 1, 1960, in Wellsville, she was a daughter of Lawrence Hanks and Cecelia Stives.

Sandra had been employed by Heritage Cutlery in Bolivar before her retirement.

She had belonged to the North Park Wesleyan Church where she volunteered in the nursery.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son Brian Stives, her husband Ray Shedrick, and a brother Scott Stives.

The family will receive friends at the Mark F. Rinker Funeral Home & Memorial Service, Inc., 554 South Main Street, Bolivar on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at which time Funeral Services will be held.  The Rev. David Herne will officiate.
