As our busy practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN for 35-37.5 hours/week in our Roulette and St. Mary’s locations.  Candidate must be willing to travel to both offices.  Competitive compensation, with performance incentives, and paid holidays.  This position is primarily clinical, however, will be cross-trained to cover front office duties.  Must have a valid MA certificate or LPN license or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire.  Must have proficient computer skills, experience with Medent is a plus.  Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are necessary as is the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.  Willing to train the right applicant.  Valid driver’s license is required.

It’s Spirit Week at Port Allegany High School as they prepare for Homecoming 2023, Saturday, September 30th. 

Theme for this year’s Homecoming is Disco.  Friday activities include the Homecoming Parade at 6 p.m.  Lineup is at the Boro Building with the parade route going to Main Street, Arnold Avenue and Mill Street to the football field parking lot. 

Following the parade, there will be a bonfire. 

The Junior High Homecoming Dance will take place from 7:30 – 9:30 in the Auxiliary Gym at the school  Tickets are available at the door at a cost of $5.

Saturday, the Gators will take on the Kane Wolves with kick-off at 1:30.  The Port Allegany Marching Gator Band will do a pre-game performance at 1:15. Kick-off will be at 1:30.  A ceremony will be held at half-time to introduce the court and crown the King and Queen. 

The Grand March will kick off the Senior High Homecoming Dance at 7:00 p.m. where the King and Queen will be presented. 

The public is welcome to attend the Grand March from 7:00 – 7:30 p.m. 

Homecoming activities are sponsored by the PAHS Student Council.
