LAST TWO PERFORMANCES OF “FOOLISH FISHGIRLS AND THE PEARL” THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, NOV. 18 & 19 ARE CANCELED
The last two performances of “Foolish Fishgirls and The Pearl,” to be held this Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18 and 19, have been canceled.
The cast and crew participated in the decision.
Performances were held on Friday Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 11, 12 and 13. “Our final show on Sunday was sold out and the first two were well attended. People really enjoyed it,” said Kacy Hagan. producer.
“While we unfortunately had to cancel the last two performances of the show due to a death in the family of one of the cast members, this cast really pulled together and put on a terrific show,” Hagan said.
“The actors had great chemistry between them and truly bonded with one another on stage and off,” said Hagan.
Audience member Michele Comes said, “This family-friendly show was a fishbowl of belly laughs. I don’t think I have ever laughed so much.”
“Foolish Fishgirls and The Pearl’ is a two-act live stage comedy described as “charming, fast-paced and filled with surprises, laughs and even a little roughhousing.” It is the first full-length play produced by the Hamilton-Gibson Women’s Project.
