RE:  Michaels Corp is working on the pipeline in Northern part of Potter County

Due to road collapse in area of construction, the Hickox/Ulysses Road is COMPLETELY shut down today.

There is no detour in place.

Road will reopen at completion of their day today

Please use alternate route in the event of an emergency
