On 08/21/2023 at approximately 0411 hrs City Police checked on individuals looking in cars on North Kendall Avenue. Officers identified Rebecca Williams as one of the involved persons. Officers determined Williams had an active arrest warrant out of Ridgway for theft.

Williams was taken into custody and arraigned by Magistrate Cercone who set bail at $2,500 unsecured and released Williams until her hearing in Ridgway.
