Kenneth “Paul” Hultman, 69, of Kinzua Ave in Kane, PA
Kenneth “Paul” Hultman, 69, of Kinzua Ave in Kane, PA passed away Friday (May 5) at his residence. He was born March 21, 1954 in Kane, the son of the late Lawrence and Alverda (Brinkley) Hultman. On August 12, 1972, in Kane, he married, the love of his life, Patricia O’Rourke, who survives.
Mr. Hultman had worked as a tree trimmer for Asplundh. He enjoyed wood working. He loved the outdoors and had a passion for hunting that he shared with his son for many years. He loved camping and shooting sporting clays and was the first perfect score at the Mt Jewett sportsman club. He loved animals and was a natural when it came to training his dogs. He was known for his sarcastic wit and was extremely proud of his children and grandchildren. He deeply loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter Stephanie (Tim) Shrubb-Hobson of Tell City, IN; one son, Paul (Angie) Hultman of Kane; four grandchildren, Kyle and Chad Shrubb of Tell City In, Lilly Hultman and Chase Hultman of Kane ; three great-grandchildren; three step grandchildren; a brother Joe Hultman of Leonardtown, MD; two sisters, Patti (Paul) MaClellan of Fairview and Linda (Mick) Cocharan of Deltona, FL and seven nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Roy and George Hultman and a nephew Clayton Cochran.
The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday (May 9) at the Cummings Funeral Home from 10:00-11:00 a.m. A memorial service will follow at 11:00.
A luncheon will follow at C&J Spirits in Kane.
