On April 9th, 2023 at approximately 1930 hrs City of Bradford Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 38 Maplewood Avenue in the City of Bradford.

The adult female victim alleged that the defendant, Joe Smith had struck, bitten, shoved, and otherwise assaulted her causing injury to her.

Officers investigated on scene and took the defendant into custody and charged him with simple assault and harassment.
