Karen L. Kornacki, 71, of Bradford, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Buffalo General Medical Center, Buffalo, NY.

She was born on June 3, 1951 in Bradford, a daughter of Caroline Pinkerton Greek and the late Alvia Greek.

She was a 1969 graduate of the former Limestone School, Limestone, NY and she earned her degree in cosmetology from BOCES, Olean, NY.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Bradford.  She enjoyed going to the Bradford Family YMCA and swimming and she loved to sew and make items for her friends and family.

She was employed by the former Corning Electronics, Bradford, for several years prior to moving to Lancaster.  While in Lancaster she worked for the QVC shopping channel before moving back to Bradford.  Throughout her life she was also a hairdresser; working for herself and for others.

In addition to her mother, Caroline Maben of Limestone she is also survived by three sons, David (June Schuppenhauer) Kornacki, Steven Kornacki and Michael Kornacki all of Bradford; five sisters, Shirley (John) Morris of Pittsburgh, Connie (Jim) Cramer of Bradford, Susan (Larry) Eberly of Limestone, Debra (Bryan) Woods of Limestone and Michele Myers of Limestone; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father; she was also preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Greek and her stepfather, John Maben.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Mascho Funeral Home, Inc.

Private burial will be in Limestone Cemetery.
