ELK COUNTY, Pa (WTAJ) — A Pennsylvania man is facing a slew of burglary and theft charges after being accused of stealing scrap from multiple facilities.

Nicholas White, 23, of Eldred, was arrested in New York in April 2022 and brought back to Pennsylvania to face the theft charges. According to Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) out of Ridgway approximately $42,894 in scrap was stolen. Read more………….
