2. Town of Wethersfield sent their Notice of Intent to Serve as Lead Agency under SEQRA and
   Request for Comment on Proposed Action dated August 11, 2026, regarding the approval of a
   revised decommissioning plan for the Valcour Wethersfield Windpark, LLC Repowering Project.
