Carol A. WENTZELL, 77, formerly of Catasauqua, PA, died Friday, August 21, 2026 in Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre.  Born August 6, 1949, in Carson City, MI, she was the daughter of Harry Duane and Dorothy Alma Laubach White.  

A 1967 graduate of Northampton Area High School, she earned a nursing certificate and later an associate’s degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College.  She was employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse by Slate Belt Rehabilitation Center in Bangor, PA.  Carol enjoyed crocheting, sewing, crafts, camping, playing bingo, and talking with friends and family.  

Surviving are: three daughters, Robin L. Fagan, Kathy A. Wentzell, and Irene E. (Mark Strawbridge) Wentzell; two grandchildren, Rose Catherine Fagan and Jake James Williams; two siblings, Harry D. White and Sandra Massamini; nieces and nephews.  A Memorial Service to be held in Catasauqua will be announced.  Memorials may be made to Sights for Home at www.sightsforhope.org.
