Galeton’s 2nd Annual Police Night Out –  PA State Police helicopter, shown with the two pilots, who are from Latrobe, PA, came to Galeton’s 2nd Annual Police Night Out and landed with precision at John J. Collins Park in the center of Galeton, with a flight time from their home base being 55 minutes.  This community event, sponsored and coordinated by the Galeton Police Department and Galeton Borough, happened August 4th with multiple agencies and departments participating in the well-attended event.  All those at the event were willing to answer any questions that were presented to them.  All are looking forward to next year’s event.
