WHAT: Rep. Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford) is hosting his annual Senior Expo to provide convenient access to information about a variety of programs and services available to area senior citizens and their caregivers.  He will also present the Matt Baker Community Service Award at the event at 9:30 a.m.
