Dorothy C. BLAIR, 57, of Genesee, PA, formerly of Coudersport, PA and Dover, DE, died Tuesday, February 24, 2026 in her home.  Born October 17, 1968, in Dover, DE, she was the daughter of Georgie and Dorothy Crouse Grace.  

Surviving are: her father, Georgie Grace; three daughters, Melissa Bowers, Nicole Gilbert, and LeAnna Gilbert; eight grandchildren; and her significant other of 14 years, Travis Kottwitz.  

She was predeceased by her mother.  The family will remember Dorothy privately.
