On February 19, 2025, at 2:05 pm, officers apprehended Jahiem A Middleton a resident of Bradford, Pennsylvania, based on an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant stemmed from an alleged incident in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania, which was investigated by the Johnsonburg Police Department. Middleton was subsequently arraigned before District Judge Luther, who set bail at $50,000. As Middleton was unable to post bail, he was transferred and released into the custody of the Johnsonburg Police Department.

Presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
