On February 10, 2026 at 11:00 am, Devin M. Frisicaro, 29, of Olean, was taken into custody on a Parole warrant, by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and the NYS Parole fugitive task force.  While attempting to place Frisicaro in custody, he attempted to access a large knife that was on his belt.  Frisicaro was placed in custody and a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and a quantity of suspected fentanyl was located on Frisicaro.  He was processed and issued appearance tickets for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.  He is due in the City of Olean Court on a later date.  Frisicaro was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail on his NYS Parole warrant.
