Luther R. “Luke” PERKINS, 53, of Port Allegany, PA, died Tuesday, December 30, 2025 in the Gatehouse, Williamsport.  Born February 22, 1972, in Coudersport, he was the son of Dennis Randolph and Edith Louise Fitch Perkins.  

A 1990 graduate of Port Allegany High School, he worked as a logger, pipefitter, and welder.  Luke was an outdoorsman.  

Surviving are: four children, Luther J. (Ember) Perkins, Hailee Perkins, Justin (Allie) Perkins, and Gracie Stahli-Dilley; three grandchildren; three brothers, Frank (Sande) Fitch, Cliff (Brenda) Colson, and Jeffrey (Tammy) Elmquist; three sisters, Rebecca Perkins, Colette Perkins, and Colleen Ross; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, John F. Colson, Jr.  Services will be private.  Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
