Patricia Ann Butler, 93, of Lewis Run

Patricia Ann Butler, 93, of Park Street, Lewis Run, passed away Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.
Born April 26, 1932, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Florence N. (Barr) Zamberlan. She attended elementary school in Lewis Run and graduated from St. Bernard High School with the Class of 1950.
On July 24, 1954, in Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church she married Clair D. Butler who passed away on March 6, 2021.
Pat worked at The Bradford Hospital as a Lab technician. While raising her family she worked at the Twin Drive-In.
Pat was a lifetime member of Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church, and a recent member of St. Bernard Church. She was a member of the American Legion Post 108 Auxiliary where she held numerous positions on the Board of Directors, a member of the Lewis Run Volunteer Fire Department, The Bradford Senior Center and St Bernard School Alumni Association.
Surviving is one daughter, Denise (Robert) O’Neil, of Bradford, one son, David (Terri) Butler, of Lewis Run, one daughter-in-law, Kim Butler-McIntosh, of Fair Oaks, CA, eight grandchildren, Douglas (Jen) O’Neil, Bryan O’Neil, Gregory Hackett, Angela Ward, Keith (Lindsay) Butler, Michael Butler, Jeremy Butler, and Trevor (Brittany) Mowery, eight great grandchildren, Jamie (David) Actaboski, Kayla Petty, Kali O’Neil, Chelsea Hackett, Arabella O’Neil and Eileene Butler, seven great-great grandchildren, three sisters, Helen Mott, Marlyn Plivelic, Theresa Schrawder, two brothers, John Zamberlan, Peter Zamberlan, and many nieces and nephews.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Clair, of 67 years, one son, Michael Butler, one daughter, Belinda Hackett, five sisters, Joan Crooks, Edith Delancey, Frances Cummiskey, Pauline Ripple Turnham and Martha Drake, two brother, Ted Zamberlan and James Zamberlan.
At Pat’s request there will be no public services. She will be buried in McKean Memorial Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to The Bradford Senior Center, The Learning Center or a charity of the donor’s choice.
