* WHAT…Southeast downslope winds early, shifting to the southwest.
Winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE…Chautauqua County, strongest winds near Lake Erie.
Initially with downsloping winds and then with southwest winds.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 10 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.
