Nancy O’Donnell, 97, of Bradford, PA

Nancy O’Donnell, 97, of Bradford, passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2025, surrounded by her family, after a brief stay at the Bradford Manor.
Born March 26, 1928, in Bradford, she was a daughter of the late Salvator “Sam” and Vittoria (Forte) Luciano.
Nancy was a 1945 graduate of St. Bernard High School.
On May 16, 1953, in St. Bernard Church before Rev. Martin Grady, she married William J. O’Donnell, who preceded her in death on January 12, 2013.
Nancy worked as a secretary for several Bradford firms.
Nancy enjoyed many fun gatherings with family and friends and especially game playing. She was also a long-time member of St. Francis Church, and a current member of St. Bernard Church.
Surviving are three sons, Daniel (Kristi) O’Donnell of Keswick VA, William (Patti) O’Donnell of Charlotte NC, David (Priscilla) O’Donnell of Ridgeland MS, one daughter-in-law Barbara O’Donnell of Bradford, two sisters, Gloria (the late Vincent) Colella, and Jean (the late Stephen) Hvizdzak, both of Bradford, 13 grandchildren, Brian, Kristen, Allison, Kati Jo, Landon, Tara, Tom, Jim, Brittney, Steffani, Gabrielle, Isabella and Meredith, 17 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bill of 59 years, one son, Kevin O’Donnell who died February 14, 2024, one sister, Mary Pedine, and lifetime friend Mary Rae.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc., 372 East Main Street, where a prayer service will be held at 9:30 am Monday, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Bernard Catholic Church with Rev. John Jacquel Pastor, as Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to the Mary Rae Endowment Fund at Futures Rehabilitation Center, Bradford Bright Alternatives, Bradford Public Library, or St. Bernard Church.
