Alayna Palmer, trumpet and Raelin Meacham, clarinet, will advance to the PMEA Region II Band Festival March 6 – 8 at United Junior-Senior High School in Armagh.  Raelin is a senior at Port Allegany High School and Alayna is a sophomore.
